1. How Property Command uses AI

Property Command uses artificial intelligence in the following ways:

• Email sorting — AI reads and categorises your property-related emails by property address or topic, and flags messages that appear urgent. This is an organisational tool, not a decision-making tool.
• Draft replies (planned) — AI may suggest draft email responses based on context. These drafts are suggestions only and must be reviewed and approved by you before sending.
• Data summaries (planned) — AI may summarise documents, tenancy histories, or maintenance logs to help you find information quickly.

2. Limitations of AI

You should be aware of the following limitations:

• AI can make mistakes. Email categorisation, urgency detection, and document summaries may be inaccurate. Important emails may be miscategorised or missed.
• AI does not understand context the way humans do. It cannot reliably interpret nuanced legal language, complex tenant disputes, or emotionally charged communications.
• AI outputs are not legally binding. Any draft correspondence, summaries, or suggestions generated by AI are not legal documents and carry no legal weight.
• AI is not infallible. Errors, hallucinations (confidently incorrect outputs), and omissions can occur. Human review of all AI-generated content is essential.

3. Not financial or legal advice

Property Command is an organisational software tool. No output from our platform — whether generated by AI or otherwise — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice.

Portfolio analytics, equity estimates, yield calculations, LVR figures, and ROI projections are provided for informational and organisational purposes only. They are based on data you input and are not verified by licensed professionals. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, accountant, mortgage broker, or solicitor before making property investment decisions.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into Property Command. You are responsible for all decisions made using information or suggestions provided by the platform.

5. Data and AI processing

When AI features process your emails or documents, that content is sent to AI processing services to generate outputs. We take data security seriously and will publish details of our AI providers and data handling practices when the platform launches. Refer to our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal data.

AI capabilities within Property Command will evolve over time. We will update this disclaimer to reflect material changes in how AI is used. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
