1. How Georgia uses AI

Georgia answers many questions directly from your Property Command data, without needing AI processing at all, for example, checking a stored figure or your rent confirmation status. Where a request genuinely needs external AI processing instead, that only happens if you have turned on AI data processing in Settings. When it does, the app sends a third-party AI model provider (for example OpenRouter, OpenAI, or Anthropic, depending on configuration) what’s relevant to your specific request, such as your message and the figures needed to answer it.

2. What Georgia does not do

Georgia does not independently verify or invent facts. She reports what is on record in your account and can help you act on it, but she does not decide it.
Georgia does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Georgia’s outputs are only as accurate as the data in your account and, where used, the underlying AI model. Errors and omissions can occur.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing anything Georgia tells you before acting on it, and for the accuracy of the data you enter into Property Command. See our Terms of Service for full limitation of liability details.

4. Data and AI processing

AI data processing is opt-in and off by default. You can enable or disable it at any time in Settings. Your data is never used to train third-party AI models. Full details of the providers we use and how your data is handled are in our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates to this disclaimer

Georgia’s capabilities will evolve over time. We will update this disclaimer to reflect material changes in how AI is used, and recommend reviewing this page periodically.
