1. Who we are
Property Command (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at propertycommand.io. We are currently in pre-launch and collecting waitlist registrations. This policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide to us.
2. Information we collect
We currently collect only the following:
- Email address — when you join our waitlist. This is the only personal data we collect at this time.
- Usage data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically when you visit our site. This data is not linked to your identity.
We do not collect names, phone numbers, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.
3. How we use your information
Your email address is used solely to:
- Notify you when Property Command launches
- Send you your early-access discount (20% off at launch)
- Communicate important product updates before launch
We will not use your email for unrelated marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it without your consent.
4. How we store your data
Your email address is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider. Supabase stores data on servers in the United States and complies with applicable data protection regulations. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
5. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion — request that we delete your email address from our waitlist at any time
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe from communications at any time

6. Cookies
Our website does not currently use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use essential session cookies required for the site to function. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
7. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website:
- Vercel — website hosting (United States)
- Supabase — database and email storage (United States)
Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
8. Children's privacy
Property Command is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have received data from a child under 16, please contact us immediately.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
